Hands-On History

Do you want to touch history? Do you see yourself working in a museum or an archive? At an archaeological dig site or a national park? History majors interested in practicing hands-on history can choose from a number of supplemental degree paths at UA, including two undergraduate certificate programs and the MA in Applied History.

Students in the undergraduate and graduate programs for the museums and archives track work closely with faculty in the History Department and with professionals at UA's Smithsonian-affiliated National Museum of Psychology.
